What is a goodie eCard?

The goodie eCard is a virtual prepaid card issued by Bank Millennium S.A. in the Visa payment system. You can activate it in the free goodie app. You can pay with eCard online (by entering your card details) or traditionally - using a virtual wallet: Google Wallet or Apple Pay. The eCard is always at hand - you can check its balance in the goodie application at any time.

How to activate the goodie eCard?

1. Download the goodie app from:

>> Google Play (Android phone)

>> App Store (iOS phone).

2. Open the app, register or log in, then click on the "Profile" tab in the bottom right corner.
3. Select "Use code", enter the code you received and your phone number, then click NEXT.

4. When you see the wishes and the value of the received card, click ACTIVATE.
5. You will be asked to confirm your phone number (this is the same phone number you provided earlier). You will texted a code to activate the eCard to the phone number provided. Enter the code in the "VERIFICATION CODE" field and select SAVE.
6. Your eCard will be visible in the "Your goodie" tab in the "Your Gift eCards" section.

Done! Your eCard is now active and valid for 12 months.

When should the goodie eCard be activated?

You will receive the deadline for activating the eCard in a message together with an activation code.

What is the expiry date of the goodie eCard?

Your goodie eCard is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
You can always check the expiry date of your eCard in the goodie app: Your goodie >> your gift eCards >> select the card to see its details - there you will find the expiration date.

Where can I find the eCard after activation?

Go to the "Your goodie" tab and then to the "Your Gift eCards" section.

How do I return to the activation process once the code has been used?

If the code has already been used and the activation process has been interrupted, you can return to it by going to the "Your goodie" tab, then clicking on the "Your Gift eCards" section ". Select the grey card and follow the instructions.

Can I top-up the eCard or merge goodie eCards?

The goodie eCard may not be topped-up. You can buy another eCard. It is also not possible to merge several goodie eCards into one. During traditional shopping, you can pay part of the amount using the a/m eCard, and the rest using another payment card or cash.

Where can I pay with the goodie eCard?

You can pay for purchases in online shops (using card details available in the goodie application) and brick-and-mortar shops throughout Poland (by bringing your phone or watch close to payment terminal - NFC required)*.

* The possibility of paying with an eCard may be limited to selected shops, brands or industries. You can check it in the goodie application in the "How to use" section in the eCard details.

How to pay online with the eCard?

Payment with a goodie eCard on the Internet is carried out in the same way as a traditional bank card.

1. Open your eCard in the goodie application (you can find it in the "Your goodie" tab, in the "Your Gift eCards" section).
2. After selecting the card, you have access to the card details: expiration date, card number, CVV code – these are the necessary data for online payments.
3. When choosing the payment method in the online shop, select "Card payment" and enter the goodie eCard details.

Remember:
In the app you can check the expiration date of the eCard and available funds at any time. For transactions over 100 PLN, it is necessary to use the password for online transactions available in the eCard details.

How to pay traditionally with the eCard?

1. Add the eCard to one of the virtual wallets (Google Wallet or Apple Wallet) on your phone. To do this, simply click on the eCard details screen in the goodie app "Add to G Pay/ Apple Wallet".
2. Make sure you have NFC enabled – payments are contactless.
3. Set your eCard as the default one for payments.
4. Hold your phone or watch close to the payment terminal.

In the case of purchases over 100 PLN, it will be necessary to confirm the transaction by unlocking the phone or entering the PIN, which you will set in the details of the eCard.

How do I know if my device supports mobile payments?

I gave a wrong contact phone number during activation - can I change the phone number assigned to the goodie eCard?

If at the stage of activating the eCard you provided an incorrect phone number - send us an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@goodie.pl - providing the incorrect and correct contact number, and we will change it.

How to add goodie eCard to Google Wallet / Apple Pay virtual wallet?

In the goodie app, in card details, click on the "Add to G Pay/Apple Wallet button”. This will open the virtual wallet app on your phone - continue to follow the instructions.

How to pay with the eCard added to Google or Apple Pay Wallet in traditional shops?

To pay with the goodie eCard, check if your smartphone has an NFC service and it is turned on (Settings >> Connections >> NFC).
After adding the eCard to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet application, set it as the default, and then hold your phone close to the terminal as you would when paying with a regular card.
Additionally, Apple Wallet will require you to use your fingerprint or facial image to confirm the payment.
In the Google Wallet app, in case of transactions above PLN 100, you will be required to use the PIN, defined in the goodie app for the eCard, in the payment terminal.
Payments with goodie eCards can be made in online and traditional shops that operate in Poland.

When should I set-up the PIN and how?

A PIN is required to authorise transactions above PLN 100. In order to assign a PIN, all you have to do is log in to your account in the goodie app and go to the "Your gift eCards" section. Here you will find the "Set PIN" button, after clicking on it it you will be able to set a 4-digit number.

Will I pay to use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. The use of wallets that allow mobile payments is free.

Can I withdraw money from the goodie card in an ATM?

No, it is not possible to withdraw funds from the ATM.

Can I check what the available balance of the eCard is and until when it is available?

Yes, the balance of your eCard will be visible in the goodie application. You can find it in the card details (Your goodie >> your Gift eCards >> Card details).

What do I do if the eCard validity expired and there was still money on it.
Can I recover it?

Unfortunately, after expiry of validity of the eCard the card will be deactivated. According to the Regulations the money, which remained on it, cannot be returned.

Where can I block/cancel an eCard?

Write to us at the following e-mail address: kontakt@goodie.pl.

In the message, provide identification data (e-mail address, telephone number). In the event of Gift Card cancellation - permanent or temporary, or in case of inability to use it for reasons beyond the User's control, goodie may provide the User with a new eCard, with a limit up to the amount of funds on the eCard account.

How can I file a complaint regarding an eCard transaction?

If you want to make a complaint about the transaction, please write to us at the following e-mail address: kontakt@goodie.pl. In the message, provide your transaction details and contact details (the email address you used to register with goodie).

Can I give the eCard to another person (spouse, child)?

No, according to the Regulations, the eCard may be used only by the person who has received a code for its activation from an Employer, Business Client or other donor.

Why was my eCard payment rejected?

Check to see if there was one of the situations below that could have caused your transaction to be declined:
1. Insufficient balance on the eCard.
2. Incorrectly transcribed eCard data.
3. Check if the eCard has not been narrowed down to specific brands where you can make purchases. Such information should be included in the message along with the eCard activation code.
4. Incorrect entry of the password for online payments blocks your eCard for 24 hours. After 24 hours you can use the eCard again.
5. Payments with goodie eCards can be made in online and traditional shops that operate in Poland. In case of shops registered abroad payments are not supported.

I cannot see my gift eCard in the goodie app - what should I do?

1. Check if you have logged in with the e-mail address provided when activating the eCard in the goodie application.
If not, please log in with the correct email address.
If this is not your case, go to point 2:
2. Check if your goodie eCard was not put in the Archive.

What do I do when I do not see the eCard data?

If you cannot see the goodie eCard data, please do the following:
1. Download the latest version of the goodie app from Play/App Store that doesn't work, go to the next step:
2. Close other applications that are running in the background. If the problem persists, please send us a message with information about the type of operating system of the phone (e.g. Android, iOS) and the version of the goodie app (Profile >> About the app >> App version) to the following address: kontakt@goodie.pl.
