What is the goodie gift eCard?

The gift eCard is a virtual prepaid card issued by Bank Millennium S.A. in the Visa payment system. You can activate it in the free goodie app. You can pay with eCard online (with your card details) or traditionally - using a virtual wallet: Google Wallet or Apple Pay. The eCard is always at hand - you can check its balance in the goodie application at any time.

How do I order a goodie eCard?

How long does it take to complete an order?

We will process your order within 48 hours of posting the funds. You do not have to provide us with any data of your Employees.

Are there also plastic cards in the goodie offer?

No, our solution is fully digital. Therefore, we do not provide plastic cards. We have created our offer in the eco spirit, which is why we do not use plastic, which also affects the price and timeliness of the offer.

How can I give eCards to Employees?

The eCard is transmitted through goodie codes (they authorise the Employee to receive and activate the eCard in the goodie application). The Employer provides employees with the goodie ecard in any way: sending an e-mail, texting, internal messager.

Where can Employees make a payment?

It depends on the offer that the Employer chooses. You can pay with the goodie eCard in any Polish online and brick-and-mortar store (with the NFC service enabled on the phone). On the other hand, a narrowed eCard (e.g. for restaurants, petrol stations or shops with luxury goods) can be used by the employee to pay only at points of sale conducting the given activity.

Are materials and instructions available to Employees?

Yes, our Partners can count on our support in this area as well. After completing the formalities regarding the order, the Employer will receive from us a package of educational materials, which includes, i.a. an instructional video, as well as the necessary information on the receipt and activation of the eCard.

Do goodie gift eCards entitle to tax reliefs in the case of financing them from the Company Social Benefits Fund?

INCOME TAX

A gift eCard topped-up with money is classified as a cash benefit in accordance with Article 21(1)(67) of the Personal Income Tax Act. This is confirmed by numerous interpretations of the Minister of Finance, e.g. the individual interpretation of 18 September 2019 issued by the Director of the National Tax Information with ref. no. 0113-KDIPT2-3.4011.418.2019.1.GG. Thus, it is assumed that cash is also funds occurring i.a. on prepaid gift cards, which the employee can freely dispose of in order to purchase goods and services up to a certain value.

Pre-paid gift cards up to 2,000 PLN may benefit from the above exemption from personal income tax.

Prepaid gift cards up to 2,000 PLN financed from the Company Social Benefits Fund are free of ZUS contributions.

Can I buy a goodie eCard dedicated, for example, only to restaurants?

Yes, the goodie eCard can be narrowed down according to the customer's preferences. Thanks to this functionality, eCards can be dedicated to use in selected brands or to the type of activity, e.g. in restaurants.

Can I top up my eCard or combine gift eCards?

The eCard cannot be topped up. You can purchase another eCard. It is also not possible to combine several eCards into one. During traditional shopping, you can pay part of the amount using the above-mentioned eCard, and the remaining part using another payment card or cash.

What is the expiry date of the gift eCard?

Your gift eCard is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.

You can always check the expiration date of your eCard in the goodie app: Your goodie >> your gift eCards >> select a card to see its details - there you will find the expiration date.

At what time should I activate the gift eCard?

You will receive the deadline for activating the eCard in the message along with the activation code.

I gave the wrong contact phone during activation - can I change the phone number assigned to the Gift Card?

If at the stage of activating the eCard an incorrect phone number was provided - write us an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@goodie.pl - providing the wrong and correct contact number, and we will change it.

What should I do if I can't see my eCard data?

If your e Gift Card data are not visible, please take the following steps:

1. Download the latest version of the goodie app from Play Store/App Store.If that doesn't work, go to the next step:

2. Close other applications that are running in the background. If the problem persists, please send a message with information about the type of phone operating system (e.g. Android, iOS) and the version of the goodie application (Profile >> About the application >> Application version) to the following address: kontakt@goodie.pl

I don't see my eCard in the goodie app - what should I do?

1. Check if you have logged in to the e-mail address provided when activating the eCard in the goodie application. If not, sign in with the correct email address.If the situation described does not apply to your case, go to point 2:

How do I pay with an eCard I've added to Google Wallet or Apple Pay in brick-and-mortar stores?

To pay with a goodie eCard, check if your smartphone has NFC service and it is enabled (Settings >> Connections >> NFC). After you add an eCard to the Google Wallet or Apple Wallet app, you need to set it as the default one, and then bring your phone closer to the terminal as you would when paying with a regular card. Additionally, Apple Wallet will require you to use your fingerprint or facial image to confirm your payment.

In the Google Wallet application for transactions over 100 PLN, it will be required to enter in the terminal the PIN number defined in the goodie application with the eCard. Payments with goodie eCards can be made in online and brick-and-mortar stores that operate in Poland.

How to pay with eCard in online stores?

When shopping online, you can use the goodie gift eCard payment in all stores in Poland that have a card payment option. This is possible after selecting the "Card payment" option and then copying the data of the goodie eCard (card number, expiration date, CVV code) into the appropriate fields.


Please note that you will not make an online payment if the store you have chosen is registered outside of Poland.

Can I pay the difference if I want to buy something more expensive than the amount available on the eCard?

Yes, an additional payment for purchases is possible in traditional stores. You can ask the salesperson to split the payment and pay with the eCard up to the amount of the available balance, and then use another payment card or cash.


Note: additional payment in online stores is not possible.

Why was my eCard payment declined?

Check if there is one of the situations below that could have caused your transaction to be declined:

1. Insufficient funds on the eCard.

2. Incorrectly copied eCard data.

3. If your eCard has been provided by the Employer - check if the eCard has not been narrowed down to specific brands from which you can make purchases. Such information should be included in the message along with the transfer of the eCard activation code.

4. Incorrect entry of the password for online payments blocks your eCard for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can use the eCard again.

5. Payments with goodie eCards can be made in online and brick-and-mortar stores that operate in Poland.In the case of stores registered outside our country, there is no possibility of payment.

Can I check how much money is left on the eCard and until when it is available?

Yes, your eCard balance will be visible in the goodie app. You can find them in the card details (Your goodie >> Your eCards >> Card Details).

What to do if the validity date of the eCard has already passed, and there were funds on it.

Can I get them back?

Unfortunately, after the expiry date of the eCard, it will be deactivated. In accordance with the Regulations, it is not possible to return the funds that remained on it.

When should I set my PIN and how?

Assigning a PIN is required to authorise transactions over 100 PLN. In order to assign a PIN, all you have to do is log in to your account in the goodie application and go to the "Your eCards" section. Here you will find the "Set PIN" button, after clicking on it you will be able to set a 4-digit number.

I can't log in to my account in the goodie app.

In case of problems with logging in to the goodie application – check that you are using the correct data (identical to those provided at the registration stage). If your problem is not resolved, please write us an email to: kontakt@goodie.pl where you will provide your phone number. Thanks to this, we will be able to verify to which e-mail address your account has been set-up in the goodie application.

When using the application, the message "NO INTERNET CONNECTION" appeared

If you receive a message that you are not connected to the Internet, please take the following steps:

1. Sign out and log back in to the goodie app.

2. Download the latest version of the goodie app from Google Pay or the App Store.

3. Close other applications that are running in the background.

4. Clear the cache and data of the application.

5. If the above solutions do not help, please log in to the application on another smartphone.If the problem persists, please send an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@goodie.pl with information about the type of phone operating system (e.g. Android, iOS) and the version of the goodie application (Profile >> About the application >> Application version).

How to use all money on the eCard?



The use of all money from the eCard is possible for payments in brick-and-mortar stores, after adding the eCard to the Google Wallet or Apple Pay application. If the funds on the card are insufficient, you should ask the seller to split the payment so that you can pay the difference with another card or cash.

Can I pay with goodie eCard for the membership or subscription?



No. Because neither subscription platforms nor membership operators accept prepaid cards.
